We ship worldwide from Bangkok by DHL and FedEx express, fully insured with door-to-door tracking — typically 3–7 days to the USA, UK and Europe. We can quote FOB Bangkok, DAP or DDP depending on how you prefer to handle duties.

Can you customise designs, and what is the process?
Yes — send a sketch, reference image or technical file. Our designers turn it into a sample for your approval; once you sign off, production begins in our Bangkok workshop. You approve the physical sample before any bulk quantity is made.
What do samples cost and how long do they take?
Ready-stock samples ship within days at wholesale price plus courier. Custom samples are quoted per design, and sample fees are credited against your first production order — so sampling costs you nothing once you proceed.
