Our Authenticity Guarantee
Every Jewelry by Crimson piece is guaranteed genuine: natural gemstones, exactly as described on the product page, set in solid 925 sterling silver. Our stones are sourced and cut by our sister company Crimson Gems in Chanthaburi, Thailand, and every piece is set by hand in our own Bangkok workshop.
1-Year Warranty
For one year from delivery, we cover manufacturing defects and stone setting. If a stone loosens or a defect appears through normal wear, contact us and we will repair or replace the piece.
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, damage from misuse, or repairs carried out by anyone other than Jewelry by Crimson.
Lifetime Re-Plating (18K Gold-Plated Pieces)
18K gold plating naturally softens with everyday wear. Whenever the plating on your gold-plated piece fades, send it to our Bangkok workshop and we will re-plate it for you, for the lifetime of the piece.
Lifetime Re-Polishing (Sterling Silver Pieces)
Sterling silver can dull or tarnish over time. Send your silver piece to our workshop at any time and we will polish it back to its original shine.
How to Send a Piece to Us
1. Email sales@crimsongems.net with your order number and a photo of the piece.
2. We will reply with instructions and our workshop address.
3. You arrange and pay for shipping the piece to us. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
Gemstone Certificates
An independent laboratory gemstone certificate can be made to order for your piece. Add the Gemstone Certification Add-On to your cart together with the item you would like certified.
Everyday Care
Put your jewelry on after lotion and perfume, and take it off before swimming, showering or exercise. Store each piece separately so settings do not catch, and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear.
