Our stones are sourced and cut by our sister company Crimson Gems in Chanthaburi, Thailand's gem-trading town, and every piece is set by hand in our own Bangkok workshop.

Warranty & lifetime care
1-year warranty. We guarantee your piece is genuine and cover manufacturing defects and stone setting for one year from delivery.
Lifetime re-polishing. Sterling silver can dull over time. Send the piece to our Bangkok workshop and we will polish it back to its original shine. You arrange and pay for shipping it to us.
Shipping & duties
Free insured shipping worldwide by tracked courier from our Bangkok atelier. Duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay; there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Jewelry care
Put your jewelry on after lotion and perfume, and take it off before swimming, showering or exercise. Store each piece separately so settings do not catch, and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear.

How big is it?
Every piece lists its exact size in centimetres and its weight in the Specifications on the product page. If you would like a photo of the piece next to a ruler, or help with ring sizing, ask our jeweller.
Are the stones real, and can I get a certificate?
Yes. Our gemstones are natural, sourced and cut by our sister company Crimson Gems in Chanthaburi, and any treatment is stated in the Specifications. An independent laboratory certificate can be made to order: add the Gemstone Certification Add-On to your cart.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes on delivery?
No. Shipping is free and insured, and duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. See our shipping policy.
What if I want to return it?

Will the gold plating wear off?
18K gold plating softens gradually with everyday wear. Keep it away from perfume, lotion and water to make it last, and whenever it fades, send it to our Bangkok workshop and we will re-plate it for life. See warranty & care.
