Refund & Returns Policy

At Jewelry by Crimson, we are committed to offering premium craftsmanship and a smooth shopping experience for our customers worldwide.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Jewelry must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
